My first flight was in Georgia at the oldest school in the US, Lookout Mountain in Rising Fawn GA. They have a whole flight park that includes a motel just for flyers.
I’d prefer to go near Orange County, but I get to L.A. and San Diego often. I’d like to take my girlfriend hang gliding for her birthday. I don’t really have the experience and I’d like to get a one on one instructor rather than one of the “academies”.
